January can be a tough month: resolutions start to slip, the festive glow has faded, and sunshine feels like a distant memory. So this year, we decided to try something new to lift everyone’s spirits.
We invited our lovely team to escape the January blues and work from Marrakesh! 🌞🌴
We rented a beautiful riad near the Medina, where team members could book a free room, enjoy the sun, share delicious food, meet friendly locals, and still get things done together in a fresh setting.
It’s our first time doing something like this and we’re excited to see how it unfolds.

On Friday lunchtime, our office turned into a very serious research lab. Clipboards out, sandwiches sliced, festive energy high. The mission: discover which Christmas sandwich truly deserves the crown. @greggs_official , @costacoffee , @pret , M&S and @tesco all entered our blind-testing experiment.
Everyone took the task far too seriously in the best possible way. People debated cranberry ratios like they were presenting to a board. And yes, every sandwich had fans. But one clear winner emerged from our highly scientific process: @pret Brie, Pistachio & Cranberry Baguette. (This is not paid promotion, honest blind testing)
